Zumba

Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez during the 1990s. It combines elements of various styles of Latin American dance with aerobic exercise. 

Step Aerobics

Step aerobics is a type of cardiovascular exercise that involves performing a series of choreographed movements on a raised platform, or “step.” It is typically done to music and can be modified for different levels of intensity and difficulty. 

Functional Training

Functional training is a type of exercise that focuses on training the body to perform movements that are necessary for everyday life. The goal of functional training is to improve the body’s ability to perform movements efficiently and effectively, with the ultimate goal of improving overall functional capacity .

HIIT

Personal Training

Personal training is a form of fitness training in which a certified professional works with an individual to design and implement a personalized exercise plan. PT trainers are trained to understand the principles of physical fitness and how to help people achieve their health and fitness goals.

ABOUT US

ISTA WELLNESS & FITNESS (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., the first of its kind in Gurgaon aiming at overall health and fitness of people.

It was founded by Master Trainer RASHMI SINGH in 2012 and was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 2014.

We have fully functional GYM & STUDIO in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon and this is the only place in Gurgaon offering so many services under one roof.

RASHMI SINGH is a Certified Reebok Instructor, Certified Aerobics & Step-Aerobics Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, Certifies Nutritionist (specialization in spine module), specialization in Metabolic Training and Licensed Zumba Instructor (ZIN).

She even takes sessions on diet counselling for people serious for weight loss, or just maintaining their fitness levels.

We have a team of other instructors who specialise in different forms of workout.
