Floor Aerobics

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). Aerobics is a wonderful way to improve your flexibility, fitness and cardiovascular strength. Combinations of dance like movements are performed on upbeat music to achieve the Target Heart Rate, & it is very effective for weight loss. The combinations range from beginner level to high intensity circuits and routines.
